About the brand
m.a+ is the label of Maurizio Amadei, opened in Rome in 2006 after Carpe Diem closed, carrying on from its Continues line. Amadei is self-taught and works out of his own Rome atelier, cutting to avoid seams wherever he can, folding a single piece of material into shape rather than assembling it from parts. The handmade .925 silver cross is his mark.

Care guide
Wash cold by hand and hang to dry, or dry clean. The fraying at the hems and cuffs is the construction, not damage, and it will soften and settle rather than run; trim a loose thread only if it bothers you, never pull it. Iron on medium with steam if the linen needs settling, avoiding the frayed edges.
