Agreement

Using the site or placing an order means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is not included in the item price. Every piece ships tracked, and the tracking number goes to the email you use at checkout. Pieces are dispatched within three business days of payment clearing.

Parcels may need a signature on delivery, so someone should be there to receive them.

Delivery

Once a parcel is with the carrier, it is in the carrier's hands - delays and damage in transit are theirs to answer for, and any claim runs through them.

A parcel the carrier marks as signed for or delivered has arrived. Whatever happens to it after that is between you and the carrier.

Addresses

Check your address before paying - parcels go exactly where you send them. If one comes back over an address error, reshipping it is at your cost.

Customs and duties

International orders may be charged import duty, tax, or a carrier fee on arrival. Those are set by your country, not by us, and are not included in the price or the shipping charge.

Orders

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you catch a mistake in your address, write right away - it can be corrected if the parcel has not left.

Offers and trades

An offer is an invitation, not a sale. A sale happens when an offer is accepted, invoiced, and paid; invoices from accepted offers are valid for 24 hours. Items remain for sale while offers are open: if an item sells before an offer is accepted and paid, the sale stands and the offer is void.

Trades follow the requirements on the barter page. Store credit issued in a trade has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Sizing

Measurements are listed on each piece's page. They are taken by hand and may vary slightly. Measure something you own that fits and compare.

Condition and returns

Every flaw is named in the listing before a piece is offered. All sales are final; there are no returns on flaws shown in our listings, and none for fit.

If a piece arrives with a material fault that is not in its listing, email studio@tenthirty4.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and it will be made right - return, repair, or refund.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order ends at the price paid for the piece. Indirect or consequential losses are not covered.

Where the law of your country grants you rights beyond these terms, those rights are unaffected.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Shopify. Prices are in USD.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stand.
